So maybe it's not sunrise, but 8AM is pretty close. Meet at the NW corner of the park by the weird tree ( you WILL know what I mean) To meet our instructor an EX Marine who is going to whip us into shape at least for an hour. He'll have us doing push up, going through an obstacle course and all sorts of painful yet fun bootcamp style exercises…ARE YOU READY???? I CAN'T HEAR YOU!!!!

Take 75 South exit Mockingbird . Follow Mockingbird East and turn right on Skillman the park is about one mile on the left.
