Memorial Park

Our hike & bike session is set for Memorial Park. Memorial Park is a green oasis in the middle of Houston, the country’s fourth-largest city, and while much of it is heavily used and often crowded, time it right and you may have these trails almost to yourself. Half a dozen routes snake through a forested area bounded by Memorial Drive, the Southern Pacific Railroad, and Buffalo Bayou. Want to add a new twist to this event? Bring your dog and we will have a hike, bike, and dog walk. Several of you have requested pet participation and here is a chance

From Loop 610 near the Galleria, take Memorial Drive into Memorial Park. At the Picnic Lane traffic light, turn right. Park in the parking lot on the right near the baseball fields to meet with other members.
